WigCritic: Friday the 13th

Ok so, as promised, Friday the 13th wigcritic review.

Alright, Jason Cook, not Vorhees, don't go see this.  Haha.  This movie follows the hilarious, unbeatable, but at the same time, TRUE HORROR lacking formula, of ubiquitous boob shots, and lots of gore.  For example: see Hostel.
Now, for my unbiased outside opinion, the movie was your average horror slasher of today.  Nothing new, nothing different.  I was able to call down to the SECOND every kill that was going to occur (minus one).  Thusly the only thing that was really scary was the ultimate tool of every horror movie ever, the music!  All the cliches were there, and for the most part this movie played great tribute to the Jason movies of old.  For every moment that made you jump there was two moments that made you laugh.  Tons of very funny quality characters with one really great bro character.  One thing that I REALLY REALLY liked about this movie was a awesome spin that they put on the introductory scenes of the movie.  Tons of movies, tv shows, etc., have that opening scene that might introduce a character, set a stage, etc., then it cuts away and the title comes up.  However, this Friday the 13th has a mini movie as that opening stage setting scene.  It was very strange!  As one of my friends said (very minute spoiler alert), "I was confused, people were getting killed off pretty quickly..."
Now, gimme that bias...  Everybody knows that for me to hate a movie, it would take a lot.  No exception here folks.  I loved it, from the tribute paid to the original movies, to the hilarious lines, and even better, the hilarious deaths.  Count it.  Go out and see it!!!
